Please note: HGU will not accept any transcripts or records after the admission evaluation is completed (except for “work in progress” records from a term being completed at an institution immediately preceding the student’s starting trimester at HGU). If the student is just completing a term at another institute prior to entering HGU, then the HGU Admissions Office must receive the updated final transcript within 60 days from the time you begin classes at HGU.

Application Procedures
1. Submit the completed and signed application form with a nonrefundable $50
2. Submit official transcripts from all previous colleges attended to the HGU admission Office before the application deadline, a photocopy of degree certification document is also required if any degrees earned. Freshman applicant submits official high school transcript and a photocopy of diploma.
3. Submit financial support documents (either your bank letter or an affidavit of Support form I-134 from your financial sponsor) indicating a minimum amount of $18,000 (for degree program applicants).
4. Submit either a TOFEL score report taken within the last two years or other document verifying your English proficiency.
5. Submit photocopies of your passport, visa, and I-94
6. If you transfer to HGU from another institution, submit a photocopy of your last I-20 form and request the international student officer at your previous institute to complete our “International Student Transfer Record” and conduct proper “transfer out” process in Immigration Service’s online SEVIS management tool.
7. Optional but recommended – submit your current resume or work history.
International students must complete one entire semester at HGU before withdrawal or transferring to another institution. No refunds will be given during the first semester of the student’s attendance at HGU.

ALSO, I REALIZE THAT I AM SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBMITTING ALL MATERIALS RELATING TO MY PREVIOUS ACADEMIC WORK THAT ARE NEEDED FOR THIS EVALUATION.
