(1) One completed on-line application plus fees*
(2) One official transcript from each school attended, with an English translation. In the absence of an original transcript, certified copies are accepted.

* GRE or GMAT for MS & MBA applicants is preferred, but not required.
*TOEFL is not required for those who have earned a degree in an English speaking country, and those who demonstrate proficiency in English. |

(1) One completed on-line application plus fees* and a Statement of Purpose
(2) One official transcript from each school attended
(3) One official GRE or GMAT score report sent from ETS
(4) Three signed and sealed letters of recommendation (originals) |
The exceptions are the same as the MS.
There are no forms for letters of recommendation, but please include the following:
1. Name of Applicant must appear in first line of text.
2. Must be on company/school letterhead.
3. Must be a professional reference.
4. Make it as close to one page in length as possible. |
| Certificate |
(1) One completed on-line application plus fees*
(2) One official undergraduate transcript, with an English translation. In the absence of an original transcript, certified copies are accepted.
Please note: HerGuan University does not issue F-1 visas to applicants who wish to enter directly into the Certificate Program. |
*Depending on the certificate, you will need 16 - 18 units to complete it.
*All certificate units are fully transferrable into a degree program subject to approval once you are formally accepted.
*Application fees are waived of current students when you apply to the Master's program. |
| Open University |
(1) One completed on-line application plus fees*
(2) One photo copy of your bachelor's degree or diploma to be faxed to: 408-481-9989.

Please note: HerGuan University does not issue F-1 visas to applicants who wish to enter directly into Open University. |
*If you are accepted into a Master's program, you may transfer 12 units from Open Enrollment to the degree program subject to approval. |
